Anima-August Sad News (359-Titan)!

<28-08-2020> 359-Titan (M) is one of Anima’s old dogs in our Dog’s Shelter. Recently, 359-Titan's hindlegs were a bit swollen, refused to eat and later he had difficulty breathing. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. Medical exams’ results revealed that 359-Titan had a pericardial effusion. According to the vet, he has a heart tumor and there is no cure for it. After, consultation and medical prescription he returned to our Dogs’ Shelter to start the treatment. Today, 359-Titan passed away in Anima. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-August Sad News (442-Caju)!

<17-08-2020> 442-Caju (M) is one of Anima’s old dogs in our Dog’s Shelter. Recently, 442-Caju was walking abnormally and the both rear legs were weak. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. X-ray results and ultrassound revealed that he had a mass in his liver, probably due to a malignant cancer, along with muscle atrophy. Today, 442-Caju passed away in Anima with around 12 years old. Anima–August Sad News (C1374-Caramel II)!

<16-08-2020> C1374-Caramel II (M), around five years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 3rd January 2017, after a call from Ms. Filipa reporting that she has rescued a cat one and a half years ago in Cheoc Van but was not able to keep him anymore, due to his behavior and aggressiveness. C1374-Caramel II was welcome at our Cats’ Paradise. Meanwhile, Caramel has developed kidney stones on both sides of his kidneys. His health condition, however, didn’t allow us to advance to surgery as he certainly would not endure the anesthesia, according to veterinary doctors. He stayed hospitalized for treatment multiple times, but unfortunately his health didn’t improve. Today, C1374-Caramel has passed away in a clinic. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-August Sad News (B163-Ines)!

<15-08-2020> B163-Ines, a pigeon, was rescued by Anima on 14th August 2020, after a call from Ms. Lo reporting that a pigeon was found on the road of Avenida da Concórdia unable to fly. Ines was immediately sent to a clinic, where two pustules were found on its cheek and neck, caused by a virus. Its right hind leg was fractured as well. B163-Ines ended up passing away in the clinic. Anima–August Rescue and Sad News (C2377-Owen)!

  <11-08-2020> C2377-Owen (M), around two and a half years old, was rescued by Anima on 11th August 2020, after a call from Ms. Lo referring that she saw an injured cat in her feeding area near Auto-Silo of Edf. Mong In. Rescue team went to check, manage to catch and put him in a carrier. C2377-Owen was immediately sent to a clinic. He suddenly had seizure and faint upon arrival. After wake up his condition was not stable, he had very low temperature and was severely jaundice. C2377-Owen passed away in the clinic and according to the vet he had chronic problems which cause all the symptoms. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–August Rescue and Sad News (C2375-Melanie)!

<10-08-2020> C2375-Melanie (F), was rescued by Anima on 10th August 2020, after a call from Ms. Pang referring that she saw an injured and bleeding cat near Yuet Tung Pier. Anima–August Sad News (C1676-Lynn)!

<08-08-2020> C1676-Lynn (F), around three years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 27th July 2017, together with three other cats, after a call from I.A.M. reporting that they didn’t have enough space to keep them in Macau kennel. They were welcome at our Cats’ Paradise. Today, C1676-Lynn was suddenly found lying inactive on the floor. She was immediately checked and neither breathe nor heartbeat were detected. Anima–August Sad News (234-Dalton)!

<06-08-2020> 234-Dalton was both one of our friendliest and oldest dogs in our shelter. On 21st July 2020, Dalton’s abdomen was swollen (ascites), full of fluid inside. Dalton was sent to an outside clinic for consultation. Fluid was extracted and it was suspected that he has a liver tumor. Blood test results showed also, anemia and kidney failure. According to the vet, Dalton was suffering to much already. Today, 234-Dalton passed away in Anima. R.I.P., my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–August Sad News (C1710-Frisco)!

<05-08-2020> C1710-Frisco (M), around three months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 12th September 2017. On 30th July 2020, C1710-Frisco got worst from a gingivitis and made a blood test which the results showed a small infection. Also, he had a slightly anemia. Frisco was sent to an outside clinic for further examination. During days of the treatment in the clinic, he started to have difficulty in breathing and got lethargic. Blood test results showed severe anemic and Kidney failure. According to vet, even though with medicine or a treatment, his kidneys would never be recovered and he was suffering to much already. After discuss with the vet, and approved by tow Anima board members, he was euthanized today in no pain conditions. <03-08-2020> 464-Hera (F), around eight years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 19th march 2009. Recently, 464-Hera was having trouble with an abnormal breathing and vomiting.
